About Us
Track Authors started in July of 2009 shortly after the announcement of Harmonix Music Systems’ Rock Band Network. Through some lucky connections, our founder was lucky enough to get involved in the closed beta of the program and attend training sessions at Harmonix.
Our love of the game sets us apart from some other folks who are offering Rock Band Network authoring services. We’re not doing this to make money, or to meet famous people. We’re doing this because we love music, we love Rock Band, and we want to help bands make their music available to the millions of people who play Rock Band and buy downloadable songs through the game.
Our founder Mike has been working closely with Harmonix through the closed beta period, and has full intentions of continuing to learn and author RBN tracks for any band who wants to be in the game.
